Major retail and residential development is officially underway in west Henderson.

Developers held a ceremonial groundbreaking on February 26, 2026 for Centurion at Inspirada, a 24-acre mixed-use project located at the corner of Via Centro and Via Inspirada within the Inspirada master plan.

Developer & Approvals

The project is being developed by Centurion 2 LLC, a subsidiary of Sansone Companies. Henderson City Council approved the development plans in 2024. Public records indicate the land was purchased in 2020.

Design & Vision

Plans call for a walkable town-center style environment, with retail storefronts positioned separately from podium-style residential buildings. The residential component is expected to include six-story buildings organized around courtyards, pools, and shared amenities.
