Designed by Bobby Berk
Tri Pointe brought in Bobby Berk — the designer from Netflix’s Queer Eye — to lead the model design at Highview. His Mid-Century and Scandinavian leanings fit the architecture: clean lines, light-filled rooms, and real texture where a lot of townhomes settle for flat drywall. We have not come across another Inspirada neighborhood that brought in a name designer for its models.
That matters more than usual right now. The models are among the last homes left here, and a model carries the design work and upgrades a standard spec home does not. If you want the Berk-designed finishes, this is the window to get them.
Highview is closing out
Highview is nearly built out. Tri Pointe is down to its final homes — the models included — and we expect the neighborhood to be fully closed out by fall of 2026. After that, resale is the only way in. We live in Inspirada and we track every Highview home that comes back on the market, so if you are reading this after the builder is gone, call us and we will tell you what is actually available.

Parks near Highview
Highview sits inside Inspirada’s roughly 85 acres of parks, and an Inspirada address gives you access to all of them — not just the one closest to your street. There are seven neighborhood parks:

- Aventura Park (20+ acres) — resident pool, splash pad, dog park, basketball, tennis

Highview is served by the Clark County School District. CCSD assigns attendance areas by street address and can change them, so confirm the current zoning for a specific home before you write an offer.
- Elementary — Robert and Sandy Ellis Elementary is inside Inspirada, but not every Inspirada street is zoned to it; some addresses are zoned to Shirley & Bill Wallin Elementary. (Ellis on GreatSchools)
