Reliance and the gated Park enclave
Pod 4-1 is really two neighborhoods sharing one plat, and almost nobody explains the difference.
Drive up to the gate off Ornate Regiment Street and the monument reads Park — Community of Inspirada. Behind that gate the homes are single-story, 3 to 4 bedrooms, roughly 1,935 to 2,778 square feet. Those streets are Cooper Gallery, Ornate Regiment, Beaux Art and Romanesque Queen. We count 54 closed sales in there — and they now have their own page: Park at Inspirada.
Everything outside the gate is the multi-level Reliance collection Beazer Homes marketed — two and three-story plans, 2 to 5 bedrooms, 1,905 to 2,569 square feet, on Marvel Astoria, Historic Horizon, Savella, Via Contessa and Hammetts Landing Walk. That side accounts for 104 closed sales. Young Bouvier has some of both.
So Marvel Astoria is not gated, and the floor plans behind the gate are a completely different set from the ones below. If you searched Park at Inspirada, the gated community off Ornate Regiment, or Pod 4-1 and landed here, this is the page — and we can tell you which side of the gate any address is on.

Parks near Reliance
Reliance sits inside Inspirada’s roughly 85 acres of parks, and an Inspirada address gives you access to all of them — not just the one closest to your street. There are seven neighborhood parks:

Schools serving Reliance
Reliance is served by the Clark County School District. CCSD assigns attendance areas by street address and can change them, so confirm the current zoning for a specific home before you write an offer.
- Elementary — Robert and Sandy Ellis Elementary is inside Inspirada, but not every Inspirada street is zoned to it; some addresses are zoned to Shirley & Bill Wallin Elementary. (Ellis on GreatSchools)
- Middle — Del E. Webb Middle School (GreatSchools)
- High — Liberty High School (GreatSchools)
