Inspirada Town Center is Tri Pointe’s master-planned area inside Inspirada, in Henderson NV 89044. It is the name on the entrance monument, it holds both single-family homes and townhomes on the same streets, and it contains four named Tri Pointe neighborhoods: Arden, Capri, Highview and Strada.

The name is not just local shorthand. Tri Pointe’s own Clark County project signage on Via Altamira reads “Project Name: Inspirada Towncenter, Permittee: Tri Pointe.” Tri Pointe built it out in three phases between 2018 and 2024.
Which neighborhoods are inside Town Center?
Four Tri Pointe product lines. If you are shopping a specific plan, start here — each page has the floor plans and current listings.
ArdenSingle-familyFour floor plans. San Siro, Kindswood, Fountaintree, Skylark Trail, Waterstone, Chance Canyon, Poplar Crest.
CapriTownhomesFour floor plans — Plan 1, 2, 2X and 3. Bertonico.
HighviewTownhomesCatallo, Campaldo, Santa Verdiana, San Ripalta.
StradaSingle-family — largest plansPlans at 2,775, 2,974 and 3,481 sq ft. Veronella. Why do other builders show up under a “Town Center” name?
Because Tri Pointe master-planned Town Center and then sold individual parcels to other builders. The MLS kept the original plat prefix, so homes that share almost nothing appear under nearly identical subdivision names.
| MLS plat | Builder | Streets |
|---|---|---|
| Parcel 19 | Amiata — Toll Brothers | Indigo Mountain, Esker Ridge, Birdseye Maple, Cracked Stone, Silent View, Roebling Opal |
| Parcel 5 | Lennar townhomes | Venetia Pointe, Viola Hills |
| Parcel 1 | KB Home | Teatro, Trasimeno, Credere, Sorridere, Anastagio, Pontesei, Via Elenora, Via Ines, Brittoli, Dimora |
| Parcel 2A | Single-story detached | Lamberto Cliff, Luca Point, Luciana Glen |
Pull comparable sales without accounting for this and you will price a Tri Pointe single-family home against a Lennar townhome.
What are the three phases?
Which phase a home sits in tells you its age, its lot size and its plan set before you ever pull it up.
| Phase | Built | Plan sizes | Streets |
|---|---|---|---|
| First phase | 2018–2020 | 2,017–3,858 sq ft, all single-family | Traforo, Adesso, Casalette, Via Monet, Solarino, Ponicelli, Solento, Caldora, Catania, Via Altamira, Marchetti, Riserva |
| Town Center core | 2020–2024 | 1,640–3,483 sq ft, both products | Timorasso, Merlara, Spergola, Verdello, Vittoria, Cristallo, Veronella, Bertonico, San Siro, Lumassina, Via Tizzoni |
| Newest phase | 2021–2024 | 1,640–3,500 sq ft, mostly townhomes | Skylark Trail, Waterstone, Fountaintree, Monte Luna, Chance Canyon, Poplar Crest, Catallo, Campaldo, Kindswood, Conifer Canyon, Railhead Crossing |

Common questions about Inspirada Town Center
Is Inspirada Town Center its own community?
It is Tri Pointe’s master-planned area inside the larger Inspirada master plan in Henderson. It shares Inspirada’s master association, parks, trails and amenities, but it has its own entrance monument, its own sub-association dues and its own builder identity.
Why do KB Home and Lennar homes show up under a Town Center name?
Tri Pointe master-planned Town Center and then sold individual parcels to other builders. The MLS kept the original plat prefix, so unrelated homes end up filed under nearly identical subdivision names.
Parcel 19 is Amiata by Toll Brothers. Parcel 5 is Lennar townhomes. Parcel 1 is KB Home. None of those are the Tri Pointe homes people mean when they say Town Center.
Are Town Center homes townhomes or single-family?
Both, and frequently on the same street. That is unusual, and it is the single most common reason a comparable sale gets misread here — a detached home and an attached townhome can share a block and be entirely different products.
How do the HOA dues work?
There are two layers. Every home pays the Inspirada master association assessment. On top of that, each parcel has its own sub-association. Townhome parcels run meaningfully higher than single-family, because exterior maintenance and landscaping are bundled in.
Which named neighborhoods are inside Town Center?
Is anything still being built in Town Center?
Tri Pointe finished its phases by 2024. But Amiata, the Toll Brothers townhome community on Parcel 19 next door, is still delivering new construction with an on-site sales office.
What is the difference between the three phases?
Age, lot size and plan set. The first phase (2018–2020) has the largest homes and lots and is all single-family. The core (2020–2024) and the newest phase (2021–2024) introduced townhomes alongside the detached plans, which is why one street can carry both.
How do I find Town Center homes on a search site?
Search by street rather than by neighborhood name. Most portals only index the MLS subdivision field, and Town Center is scattered across at least six different plat spellings. Searching “Inspirada Town Center” will return Toll Brothers, Lennar and KB homes alongside Tri Pointe ones.

We are Jeff and Lee Ann Mix, licensed Nevada REALTORS with Realty ONE Group — and Inspirada residents. The single-family home on Timorasso pictured above was our listing. We have walked, filmed and measured homes on nearly every street on this page, which is why we can tell you in one look whether the comparable sale someone just sent you is even the same kind of house, let alone the same builder.
