About Alterra
Alterra is one of the few genuinely gated neighborhoods inside Inspirada. Built by Pardee Homes, it is a small enclave of two-story residences off Quiet Creek and Prairie Pine, and the streets stay quiet in a way the rest of the master plan does not — nobody drives through Alterra on the way to somewhere else.
The homes run from roughly 3,212 to 4,165 square feet, with up to five bedrooms and four baths. Each one opens through a private courtyard entry, and several plans carry a four-bay garage. Inside, the layouts center on a large island kitchen that runs straight into the family and great room, which is why these homes hold up so well for families who actually entertain.
The feature worth knowing about is the GenSmart Suite — Pardee’s take on multigenerational living. It is a self-contained wing with its own entry that works as an in-law suite, a setup for a returning adult child, or long-term guest space. Very little else in Inspirada offers it. Pardee also builds to its LivingSmart program, so energy efficiency, water use and indoor air quality are handled at the framing stage rather than bolted on later.
Alterra sits minutes from Aventura Park and the Inspirada trail system, and a short drive from the M Resort and the I-15. If you want a gated address without leaving Henderson’s best-amenitied master plan, the list is short and Alterra is on it.
